We are a property asset management consultancy on a mission to make resident’s homes safer, and to deliver best practice service charge and property management advice.
Founded by Charles Seifert, our expert team works with landlords, managing agents, RTMs and ManCo’s to help them to navigate the latest complex legislative changes and to comply with best practices.

Charles FRICS
Director
Charles Seifert is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in property management and professional services, he regularly acts as an expert witness in service charge and property management disputes. He was chair of the RICS Mixed Use Working Party which wrote the first guide to managing mixed use property, and he writes articles for property journals. For the past two years he has spent much of his time advising clients in relation to the Building Safety Act 2022 and supporting them in their journeys towards compliance with the Act.

Associate and Building Safety Act Lead
Kemi focuses on making communities better through thoughtful building safety and management. She tackles the complexities of the Building Safety Act, aiming to simplify it for those involved. Kemi finds joy in turning plans into lived-in buildings that enhance people's lives, advocating for self-reliance in solving problems. Kemi's passion for social contribution and personal growth shines through in her work and ambitions.

Consultant and Cladding Remediation Lead
With a career beginning at Ballymore and progressing through SAY, Kiara now honing oversees around 30 cladding projects, driven by her commitment to enhancing building safety. Transitioning from Ballymore was a significant challenge, but it paved the way for her to make a real impact in residents' safety. Kiara's expertise and interests significantly contribute to our mission of improving living spaces.

Property Consultant
With a background in Criminology and a love for real estate, Katie found her calling while working at a local letting agency during university. Her experience is highlighted by earning a prestigious MIRPM, showcases her dedication and adaptability. Katie loves the innovative environment at Inside the Box, especially the team’s eagerness to adapt and grow.
